Sign #1 was in use from 1940 to 1944. Sign #2 was used for a few months after the purchase of Bond Crown and Cork late in 1944. Sign #3 was in use from 1945 to 1975. Some later crowns bear no sign at all, but can be identified by the company's distinctive 3-ring plastic liner.
