Extra info | Pirolito was a much appreciated beverage during the first half of the 20th century. It was a carbonated drink, made from a syrup of sugar, water, citric acid and lemon essence, to which carbon dioxide was added. The recipe for this base syrup varied from factory to factory and was kept secret. For those who have not tried it, it can be said that the most similar, nowadays, is Seven-Up. | |
