Brewer/bottler #16484 | | | | | | | | | | Extra info | Established 1937
In 1937. two brothers, Djemai and Salah MAMI, managers of a popular café in Sétif decided to produce their own artisanal drinks for the café's customers. One thing led to another and a structure was put in place, producing up to 250 bottles per day of various soft drinks with the taste of orange, apple cider or even lemon zest, typical of the region. Thus “SMACK SODA” was born. In 1947, a dedicated facility was created.
In 2004, this brandl changed its name and become “MAMI Boissons” as Sétif residents like to call it. A brand that will constitute a family heritage and local pride. |
