1853 The young French Emilio Bieckert up to Buenos Aires and immediately enters as a brewer in establishing "Santa Rosa" John Buheler.

The 15 February 1860 is installed in the third courtyard of a house opposite the church of Balvanera, and with the help of a pawn start making beer using only two pipes.
