By 1929, Zulia merged with Cervecería Maracaibo to form Cervecerías Unidas Zulia and Maracaibo, a company on which fell the production and distribution of eagle beer. This scenario was maintained until 1945, when he shortened his name to be renamed Cervecería Zulia, a company that became part of CA Cervecera Nacional in 1955. In 1994, Compañía Brahma Venezuela, known today by its corporate brand AmBev Venezuela, acquired to the National Brewery and, consequently, the absolute rights over Beer Zulia. |
