Extra info In 1589, a brewery was built in Jindrichov as one of the first breweries in Moravia. The brewery has been replaced by several owners since its founding. The founder is Jan Pavlovsky of Pavlovice. After 1635, the entire estate for 39,000 golds was given to the count by Janu Jirikovi of Hodice and his family from nearby Slezské Rudoltice, who cared for the Jindrichov brewery for 100 years. Until 1739, the estate was sold for 60,000 golds by the then Reich Chancellor Jan Kryštof, a free lord from Bartenstein, who was an adviser in the court of Emperor Charles VI. And his daughter Maria Theresa. His family managed the estate until 1866, when the last descendant of this family Josef died after the sword. This family is buried in the church of St. Nicholas in Jindrichuv. The last private owner who gave the brewery the present form was the baron Albert Klein von Wiesenberg (Lou?ná nad Desnou). Baron Klein made a bond to Jindrich with Amelia Langer from Damascus, whom he married in T?emešná in 1841. Baron Klein bought the estate and the brewery in 1868 for 60,000 gold. Later, he and his son Friedrich expanded the distillery. The last owner was the grandson of Baron Klein Dr. Adalbert Klein, who rebuilt it in 1926 and gave it the name
Silesia Brauerei und Malzerei - aktien gesellschaft
Hennersdorf, Schlesien
(Silesian brewery and malting house, joint stock company Jindrichov, Silesia).
During the reconstruction for the brewery, Mr. Adalbert Klein built a gravity pipeline with a supply pipe of about 3 km. Barley and potatoes were harvested in their own fields, obtaining a cheap raw material for both beer and spirits. He used the water from the local Svinný stream. The annual production consisted of 12,000 hl of beer. There was cooked 10 °, 12 ° and dark 18 ° beer. Dr. Adalbert Klein made a joint-stock company from the brewery. The Kleins family of Wiesenberg owned the manor, the chateau and the brewery until 1945, when all 400-year-old property was confiscated under Benes decree.
P of the war from 1948 to 1952 were the owner of the Moravian-Silesian Brewery np In 1951 the brewery from Augustin Novotný took over the first brewery in Jind?ichov, Mr. František Ji?ík. Then the owners were Opavské pivovary, np and Ostrava breweries np, which cooked 12 ° Slezovar or 14 ° Silesia Porter and later also Ostravar 12 ° light lager. By the 1970s, nošovice beer was also cooked here. After the end of traditional brewing, the whole area was destroyed. The equipment was transported to the Gol??v Jeníkov brewery and the former brewery started to serve the local state estates Bruntál, Odšt?pný závod 02 Jind?ichov eg as a warehouse of potatoes and fertilizers. Finally, the entire complex was rebuilt into a feed mill. The Institute for Social Welfare for mentally handicapped youth residing in the former chateau, which formed a single brewery with the former brewery, attempted to use the area purposefully. The Land Fund of the Czech Republic donated the brewery of the Social Welfare Institute free of charge. Unfortunately, the lack of funds forced the Institute of Welfare to return the building to the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, and since then the entire building has been dilapidated. Even the rare coat of arms of the Lords of Wiesenberg was not preserved - two couples pressing hands with the Latin inscription "Concordia et Labore" or "Svornosti na vít?zství" above the door in the former brewery.
